Meet Kylie Brown
Pilates instructor Kylie Brown runs intimate classes with a maximum of four participants. This allows students to gain the most benefits from Kylie’s vast experience. Each class is individually tailored to its participants and each reformer machine is set by Kylie just for you. So whether you are an elite athlete or a couch potato, Kylie will be able to help you improve your stability, stamina, posture and help keep you injury-free.
If you haven’t tried pilates before, talk to Kylie or Kristy about an intro class to see if it is right for you. Most people will feel significant benefits after as little as three classes.
